The program itself will have people losing weight quickly, but what you eat in between does matter! It can be the difference between 10 pounds in 30 days verses 20+ pounds. So I will be doing recipes that I will suggest to do certain days, but then I will also keep recipes coming so you can continue to eat healthy even after you complete your program! This is for people who don't know what to eat besides boring, plain chicken and salad! There is a world of healthy, yummy recipes and I can't wait to share them with you!
